What People Think Of Me Is None Of My Business

When i was first told this quote what other people think of me is none of my business it was one of those light bulb moments.

Over all thank you for the reminder that what people think of me is none of my business. The reason why what others think about you is none of your business is because you are here on the planet in your current incarnation to experience your journey by creating a life that is driven by an authentic you. Focus on doing your best with the tools that you have in the moment rather than focusing on if others think you are good enough. Let s just say i fall short on many occasions.

This whole idea of worrying about what other people think is something that i m not immune to. Many spend most of their lives trying to please others and it never brings fulfillment. Now in theory not caring what others think is easy but putting it into practice is hard. It s not about whether others approve of you but if you approve of you.

It is best to do as my mother always taught me if you don t have anything nice to say don t say anything at all. It is important to remember that we are all human beings deserving of kindness and respect. It is none of my business. Their thoughts are not my business.

It is theirs i had been striving for the impossible. I believe our purpose here on earth is to live truly to truly live. Seeking approval is a waste of your time and energy. To always be thought of in the right way by other people.
