What Is The Difference Between Kinetic Energy And Potential Energy
Camila Farah
Kinetic energy is relative to the environment of the moving body.
It is not transferable. Potential energy is the energy possessed by a body by virtue of its position or state. Both the energies are important components to drive the force of understanding the mechanism of psychics. While kinetic energy of an object is relative to the state of other objects in its environment potential energy is completely independent of its environment.
Potential energy is the type of energy present in a body due to the property of its state. Kinetic energy can be determined by speed velocity or mass of the object in motion. Kinetic energy is energy possesses when an object is in motion while potential energy is the energy that is created when the object is in a position of rest. While kinetic energy is measured from the place itself potential energy is measured from the bottom.
It can be easily transferred from one body to another.
