I am sending a card to my aunt and her husband who is terminally ill with weeks and probably not months to live. Tell her what you have been doing while she has been sick. To say goodbye you may want to try. Thanking your parent for all that he or she has done for you throughout the years.
They live in florida and no chance to see them in person. She knows she s dying and would love to be around skirt around that cold hard fact but she can t. There are better things to say listed below. A letter to someone dying many years ago when i was in my early 20 s i was living across the country in whistler bc. Talk about your day in the face of cancer or another illness telling someone about how you burned the toast or about your cat s antics might seem immaterial. If you feel bad what you sent then call her up and talk to her and have a conversation.
